Borage is an edible, bushy plant.
It originates from the Mediterranean shores and is composed of hairy stems, large light-green leaves, and star-shaped blue flowers.
The stems are not eaten, as they are quite bitter, but the leaves and flowers, with a tangy cucumber-like flavor, are edible.
